Love Your Country · loveyourcountry.co · country.love Last updated: 29 October 2026
These are the rules of the deal between you and us when you use Love Your Country. We wrote them in plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, write to us: hello@all-ways-up.com.
1. Who we are
Love Your Country is run by All Ways Up Technologies LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company. Registered agent address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email: hello@all-ways-up.com.
We are a private company. We are not connected to any government, state, party or official body. The names and flags of countries on the site are there because people love those countries, not because anyone in power asked us.
2. What a heart is
A heart is a digital item that costs US $1. When you send hearts to a country, you get:
- A personalised digital certificate card (an image with the country, your name or nickname, the number of hearts, the date and, if it passes review, your blessing). The card is delivered on the site after your payment is confirmed. You can download it and share it.
- A public entry on the board: your hearts are added to that country's count, and your name, blessing and heart count appear on the country's page.
- A shot at the monthly slogan: if your gift is the biggest paid gift to that country in the current calendar month (UTC) and your blessing is approved, your blessing becomes that country's slogan until the month ends (see section 8).
A heart is only that. To be completely clear, a heart is:
- Not a donation and not charity. Nothing you pay is given to any country, government, army, charity, cause or person. The money is the price of the digital item and it is ours.
- Not an investment. A heart has no monetary value, pays nothing, and cannot go up or down in value.
- Not a vote. Hearts have no legal, political or official effect of any kind. A leaderboard position means people sent hearts, nothing more.
- Not money, credit or a balance. Hearts cannot be transferred to another person, redeemed, exchanged, refunded, sold or cashed out. They exist only inside this site, attached to the country you chose.
Hearts never expire. Once counted, they stay in the country's total for as long as the site exists.
3. Price, payment and no refunds
- Every heart costs US $1. We sell packs (for example 5, 20, 100, 500) and custom amounts. Prices include any sales tax or VAT we are required to collect, unless the checkout page says otherwise.
- In this version of the site we accept cryptocurrency only (for example USDC, USDT, SOL, ETH, BTC on the networks shown at checkout). You pay by sending the exact amount shown to the address shown, within the time shown (currently 60 minutes). Network fees are yours. For coins that are not US-dollar stablecoins, the amount is fixed using a market rate at the time the order is created, with a small tolerance.
- Your order counts as paid when our systems detect a matching payment on the blockchain. If you send a different amount than asked, we may count only the hearts your payment actually covers, and we may be unable to match a payment that arrives late or from a different network. Extra amounts are not refunded; where we can match them, we turn them into more hearts.
- There are no refunds. A blockchain payment cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else, and the digital item (card + board entry) is delivered immediately. By paying you agree that delivery starts at once and that you give up any right of withdrawal or cancellation that might otherwise apply to digital content (this is the acknowledgement that EU and UK consumer law asks for). If your blessing is rejected by moderation, your hearts still count and there is still no refund.
- Chargebacks do not exist for crypto payments. If we ever add card payments and a payment is charged back, the hearts from that payment are removed from the board and any slogan won with them is withdrawn.
- If a payment arrives that we cannot link to any order (wrong network, expired order, no reference), we will make reasonable efforts to match it if you email us the transaction details within 30 days. We cannot promise to find or return it.
4. You must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally allowed to make the payment and to agree to these terms. You may not buy hearts for, or on behalf of, a person under 18.
5. Your name and your blessing
When you send hearts you can give a name or nickname and a short blessing (up to 40 characters). Both are shown publicly next to your hearts: on the country page, on the boards, on your certificate card, in feeds and share images, and possibly in our own promotion of the site (for example "the slogan of Portugal this month is …"). Search engines may index them. Use a nickname if you prefer.
By submitting a name and blessing you:
- give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to store, display, reproduce, translate, resize and adapt them for the purposes above, on the site and in materials about the site;
- confirm the words are yours to give, do not copy someone else's work, do not use another person's name or identity, and do not break any law;
- accept that we can hide, remove or decline to show them at any time, for any reason, without notice, and that doing so is not a refund event.
You keep ownership of what you wrote. You can ask us at any time to remove your name and blessing from public display (see the Privacy Policy). Your hearts stay in the country's count, anonymously.
6. Blessings only
The site has one content rule: a blessing only, that is, a positive wish, love, pride or thanks for the country you are sending hearts to. The full rule, with examples, is on the Rules page and is part of these terms.
Not allowed, in any language: politics, parties, elections, leaders, territorial claims; naming or comparing other countries; insults, slurs, hate, threats; sexual content; brands, advertising, links, handles, phone numbers; other people's personal details; impersonating officials or famous people; gibberish or spam.
Every blessing is reviewed automatically by software (including an AI model) before it is shown, plus word filters. Review can take a few seconds or, rarely, longer; while pending, your blessing is not displayed. If a blessing is rejected, your hearts count in full, the text is not shown, your card is issued without the blessing, and you are told the reason. You can appeal by email within 30 days; a person will read it. Rejections and appeal outcomes are final.
We may also re-check a blessing that was already shown, for example after a report (see "country guardians" on the Rules page), and hide it. We may pause blessings and slogans for a country during a war, disaster or other emergency.
7. Countries and places
The site shows one list of countries and places. The list is an editorial choice of ours: we decide which entries appear, each entry appears under its own name and flag as commonly used, and we may add or remove entries at any time. A listing, a name, a flag, a position or an omission is never a statement by us about sovereignty, recognition, borders or status, inclusion creates no rights, and we do not take sides in or comment on any dispute. Our full policy is on the Our list of countries and places page and is part of these terms.
8. The monthly slogan and the boards
- Each country page shows a slogan: the approved blessing of the biggest single paid gift to that country in the current calendar month, measured in UTC. If two gifts are equal, the earlier one wins. The slogan is shown with the giver's name and the number of hearts.
- When the month ends the slogan resets and the race starts again. Hearts themselves never reset. The biggest gift of all time to a country gets a "legend" badge in the hall of fame.
- If a slogan is hidden after a report or a re-check, the next eligible gift of the month takes its place.
- The boards (total, per capita, today, biggest gifts) are computed by us from paid orders. We may correct errors, remove fraudulent or charged-back orders, and adjust how boards are calculated. Population figures come from United Nations estimates.
- Nothing on the boards gives anyone a right, a title or a claim against us or anyone else. The slogan is a display feature, not a prize of value.
9. Sanctions and where we cannot sell
Because we are a US company, we follow US sanctions law (OFAC), and we also respect what our payment rails allow.
- We do not provide the service to anyone located in Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine, or to anyone on a US, EU, UK or UN sanctions list, or to anyone acting for them. We block payments from those locations by IP address and may use other checks.
- Countries such as Russia (and any other country whose residents our rails cannot serve) appear on the board like everyone else; people living there simply cannot pay from there. We block payments from those locations too.
- By paying you confirm that you are not in a blocked location, not a sanctioned person, and not paying with funds from one.
- Using a VPN, proxy or any other trick to get around these blocks is forbidden. If we learn a payment came from a blocked location or person, we may freeze it, remove the hearts, withhold the card, and report it where the law requires. We cannot return such a payment.
More on the Sanctions page, which is part of these terms.
10. Things you may not do
- Break the law, or use the site to harass, defame or threaten anyone.
- Pay with stolen or illegally obtained funds, or use the site to move or hide money.
- Buy hearts for or in the name of someone who has not agreed to it, or pretend to be someone else.
- Evade a block, a rejection or a ban (new nicknames, VPNs, split payments).
- Scrape, flood, attack, probe or overload the site, or interfere with the payment watcher, the boards or the review system.
- Reverse-engineer or copy the site, or use our name, logo or cards to suggest we endorse you.
- Help anyone else do any of the above.
If you do, we may hide your content, remove your hearts, refuse future orders and block you, with no refund.
11. The service, changes and ending
- The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep it up, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that the boards will update at a given speed.
- We may change the site, the packs, the boards, the rules, the countries list or these terms at any time. For material changes we will post the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
- We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, at any time, including permanently. If we close the site, the certificate cards already delivered remain yours to keep, but the public boards and pages may go offline. Hearts have no value to return.
12. Our responsibility to you
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or anything done by other users, by blockchains, by wallets, by exchanges or by payment networks.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for everything connected with the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $20, whichever is more.
- Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived by agreement, and nothing limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limits are not allowed.
13. You cover us
If your content, your payment or your use of the site causes a claim against us by someone else (for example a person whose name you used, or an authority), you agree to compensate us for the losses and reasonable legal costs that come from it.
14. Governing law, first talk, then courts
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable US federal law.
- Before any claim, email hello@all-ways-up.com with "Dispute" in the subject and a description. We will try to sort it out informally with you within 30 days. Most problems are solved this way.
- If that fails, claims go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we accept their jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of the country where you live requires otherwise, in which case you may bring the claim in your home courts. Claims are brought individually, not as a class, where the law allows that.
15. Copyright complaints and abuse
If you think something on the site infringes your copyright, or if a blessing is abusive, write to hello@all-ways-up.com. For copyright claims under the US DMCA, include the work, the location on our site, your contact details, a good-faith statement and your signature. We respond to valid notices and we may remove content and block repeat offenders.
16. Small print that matters
- These terms, the Rules, the Countries and places policy, the Sanctions page and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
- If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce something once, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer this agreement; we may transfer it to a successor of the business.
- The English version controls; other languages are provided for convenience.
