Love Your Country · loveyourcountry.co · country.love Last updated: 29 October 2026

These are the rules of the deal between you and us when you use Love Your Country. We wrote them in plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, write to us: hello@all-ways-up.com.

1. Who we are

Love Your Country is run by All Ways Up Technologies LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company. Registered agent address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email: hello@all-ways-up.com.

We are a private company. We are not connected to any government, state, party or official body. The names and flags of countries on the site are there because people love those countries, not because anyone in power asked us.

2. What a heart is

A heart is a digital item that costs US $1. When you send hearts to a country, you get:

  1. A personalised digital certificate card (an image with the country, your name or nickname, the number of hearts, the date and, if it passes review, your blessing). The card is delivered on the site after your payment is confirmed. You can download it and share it.
  2. A public entry on the board: your hearts are added to that country's count, and your name, blessing and heart count appear on the country's page.
  3. A shot at the monthly slogan: if your gift is the biggest paid gift to that country in the current calendar month (UTC) and your blessing is approved, your blessing becomes that country's slogan until the month ends (see section 8).

A heart is only that. To be completely clear, a heart is:

Hearts never expire. Once counted, they stay in the country's total for as long as the site exists.

3. Price, payment and no refunds

4. You must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally allowed to make the payment and to agree to these terms. You may not buy hearts for, or on behalf of, a person under 18.

5. Your name and your blessing

When you send hearts you can give a name or nickname and a short blessing (up to 40 characters). Both are shown publicly next to your hearts: on the country page, on the boards, on your certificate card, in feeds and share images, and possibly in our own promotion of the site (for example "the slogan of Portugal this month is …"). Search engines may index them. Use a nickname if you prefer.

By submitting a name and blessing you:

You keep ownership of what you wrote. You can ask us at any time to remove your name and blessing from public display (see the Privacy Policy). Your hearts stay in the country's count, anonymously.

6. Blessings only

The site has one content rule: a blessing only, that is, a positive wish, love, pride or thanks for the country you are sending hearts to. The full rule, with examples, is on the Rules page and is part of these terms.

Not allowed, in any language: politics, parties, elections, leaders, territorial claims; naming or comparing other countries; insults, slurs, hate, threats; sexual content; brands, advertising, links, handles, phone numbers; other people's personal details; impersonating officials or famous people; gibberish or spam.

Every blessing is reviewed automatically by software (including an AI model) before it is shown, plus word filters. Review can take a few seconds or, rarely, longer; while pending, your blessing is not displayed. If a blessing is rejected, your hearts count in full, the text is not shown, your card is issued without the blessing, and you are told the reason. You can appeal by email within 30 days; a person will read it. Rejections and appeal outcomes are final.

We may also re-check a blessing that was already shown, for example after a report (see "country guardians" on the Rules page), and hide it. We may pause blessings and slogans for a country during a war, disaster or other emergency.

7. Countries and places

The site shows one list of countries and places. The list is an editorial choice of ours: we decide which entries appear, each entry appears under its own name and flag as commonly used, and we may add or remove entries at any time. A listing, a name, a flag, a position or an omission is never a statement by us about sovereignty, recognition, borders or status, inclusion creates no rights, and we do not take sides in or comment on any dispute. Our full policy is on the Our list of countries and places page and is part of these terms.

8. The monthly slogan and the boards

9. Sanctions and where we cannot sell

Because we are a US company, we follow US sanctions law (OFAC), and we also respect what our payment rails allow.

More on the Sanctions page, which is part of these terms.

10. Things you may not do

If you do, we may hide your content, remove your hearts, refuse future orders and block you, with no refund.

11. The service, changes and ending

12. Our responsibility to you

13. You cover us

If your content, your payment or your use of the site causes a claim against us by someone else (for example a person whose name you used, or an authority), you agree to compensate us for the losses and reasonable legal costs that come from it.

14. Governing law, first talk, then courts

15. Copyright complaints and abuse

If you think something on the site infringes your copyright, or if a blessing is abusive, write to hello@all-ways-up.com. For copyright claims under the US DMCA, include the work, the location on our site, your contact details, a good-faith statement and your signature. We respond to valid notices and we may remove content and block repeat offenders.

16. Small print that matters
